Seller's Comments and Description:

The Toronto Railway Prototype Modellers’ meet is a one day event for like-minded railway modellers who stive for more prototypical accuracy. It is held every spring at Humber college in Toronto.

The day begins with two clinics presented by local area modellers. The clinics consist of a variety of topics ranging from prototype studies to modelling techniques and step by step model builds. Next comes the model discussion in the model display room.

The discussion consists of round robin where everyone gets a chance to give a short overview of their models and point out any interesting features. This is not a contest, rather an opportunity to share what you’ve been working on with others.

Models that are still under construction are also welcome as they offer a unique view to how the model is being built. At the lunch break you can choose to bring your own lunch and spend more time in the model room or have lunch with others in the Tim Hortons restaurant on campus.

The afternoon consists of a third clinic along with the second half of the model discussion. New attendees are always welcome to come. While we encourage everyone to bring some models it is not required, anyone is welcome to just come and learn.
